- Have strong contacts in the telecommunications or retail industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hustling even in your sleep.
- Identifying, approaching, and closing deals with companies in Retail, Telecom, and Universities.
- Negotiating and modifying legal contracts.
- Creating a strategic account management process.
- Measuring the effectiveness and deals, and adjusting the terms as necessary.
- Setting objectives based on potential rather than history.
